Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven SEO & SEM Specialist to manage and optimize our digital presence at Techies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing our online visibility, generating qualified leads, and improving ROI from organic and paid channels. You will work closely with our team to plan, execute, and monitor SEO strategies and SEM campaigns that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing).
- Work with the website team to manage and optimize the company’s website and online presence to improve visibility and conversions.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and online campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations.
- Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads and Search Console.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, technical SEO, and on-page/off-page optimization.
- Strong creative writing and content development skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable strategies.
- (Bonus) Experience with B2B SaaS, software agencies, or tech-related industries.
