We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and proactive Events & Marketing Intern to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about events, social media, and marketing innovation, with a strong eye for storytelling and the ability to turn ideas into impactful experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events, ensuring smooth operations from pre-event to post-event 
• Manage project timelines and schedules, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines while adapting to changes 
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote events and initiatives 
• Oversee and manage day-to-day social media activities, ensuring consistent, engaging, and on-brand content 
• Collaborate on creative concepts for event experiences, digital campaigns, and content creation 
• Assist in on-site event coordination, including setup, vendor coordination, and attendee engagement

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin & English 
• Interest or experience in event planning, marketing, or social media management 
• Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and basic content creation tools 
• Passionate about digital marketing and staying updated with the latest trends 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 
• Creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
