We are looking for an Executive, Shipping (Import / Export) to support our import operations. You will handle shipment coordination, documentation, and liaise with shipping partners to ensure smooth delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor import shipments to ensure timely arrival
• Prepare and manage shipping documents & customs clearance
• Liaise with vessel agents, surveyors, forwarders, and service providers
• Support vessel operations (loading & discharging)
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms, maritime laws, customs regulations, and internal SOPs
• Assist in resolving shipment-related issues and support trade execution
• Handle matters related to MIDA endorsement applications
• Ensure proper handling and compliance of SST (Sales & Service Tax) documentation and requirements

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in shipping, import/export, or logistics operations
• Knowledge of MIDA endorsement procedures and SST regulations is required
• Familiar with Incoterms, customs clearance procedures, and shipping documentation (K1, K2, Certificate of Origin, etc)
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves dealing with clients from Taiwan and China.
