Job Description
Termed as software engineers or systems programmers, computer programmers handle the design and creation of software programs. Their duties encompass integrating systems and software, providing end-user training, analyzing algorithms, modifying source code, writing system instructions, debugging, and maintaining existing systems.
- Engage in coding, development, and back-end system support for existing applications
- Develop and maintain both standard and customized applications
- Ensure compliance with in-house programming standardization
- Create and test systems and solutions to achieve business goals
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet quality indicators
- Thrives under pressure to meet project deadlines
- Demonstrate organizational efficiency in project management
- Self-motivated and adept at working independently with minimal supervision
- Keen and open to learning new knowledge
- Strong interest in staying abreast of the latest trends in web technology
Job Requirements
- Candidate must hold at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Required Language: English, Chinese
- Proficient understanding and familiarity with PHP, SQL, NoSQL, HTML, JS (e.g., AJAX, JQuery), and CSS are mandatory
- Solid knowledge of MVC / Component Architecture and the ability to implement it into applications is a plus
- Demonstrated understanding of back-end integration with other systems, e.g., Payment Gateway, SMS, Mobile Integration, Logistic Integration, and equivalent
- Experience in CMS, MLM systems, or Server Administration is an added advantage
- 1-2 years of work experience is advantageous
- Fresh graduate students are welcome
- 1-2 full-time position(s) available
