Teemi is Malaysia’s leading ergonomic school bag brand, dedicated to making school life easier, happier, and healthier for children through thoughtful and innovative design.

Our Flagship store in KL/Selangor is an important part of Teemi’s growing retail network, serving as a customer experience point, retail store and stock support hub for our Klang Valley operations.

We’re looking for a friendly, responsible and proactive team member who enjoys working with families and is ready to grow together with a fast-moving Malaysian brand.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver warm, professional and attentive customer service to parents and children.
• Understand customers’ needs and provide suitable product recommendations, fitting guidance and product demonstrations.
• Maintain Teemi’s service standards and communicate our brand and product values confidently.
• Handle sales transactions, cashiering and daily store opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain excellent store presentation, ensuring displays, shelves and customer areas are clean, organized and visually appealing.
• Manage stock replenishment, product tagging, stock counts and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor fast-moving products and communicate restocking requirements to the relevant team.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing stock, including checking, organizing and preparing stock for retail requirements.
• Maintain an organized backroom and storage area to support efficient daily operations.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, product launches, in-store activities and community engagement events.
• Collect and communicate useful customer feedback and product enquiries to the team.
• Work closely with Teemi’s operations, retail and marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Perform other operational or ad-hoc duties when required.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous retail, customer service or sales experience is an advantage.
• Friendly, patient and comfortable interacting with parents and children.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Comfortable learning and explaining product features to customers.
• Able to work 5 days per week on a retail shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays. 
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently when required.
• Hands-on and proactive — willing to help with both customer-facing and operational tasks.
• Detail-oriented, especially when handling cashier, stock and inventory.
• Positive attitude and enjoys being part of a fast-growing, community-driven brand.
