Job Description
To support Sales Manager/Purchasing Manager to strengthen sales, marketing support system and product sourcing to enhance market presence, secure orders, improve company bottom line and improve customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for sourcing of products to ensure best purchase pricing
- Responsible for the preparation and issuance of sales quotations, tracking projects (from enquiry till completion)
- Assist Sales Manager in the processing and issuing of Sales Orders, Work Orders and Job Start Sheets.
- Compile suppliers database/directory
- Generate/update reports regularly (quotation, project tracking, work orders, distributors’ complaints)

Qualification – SPM/Technical Cert/Diploma or (with/without work experience)
