Job Description

Administration and Customer Service Retention and Satisfaction. 

  1. Administrative support and perform customer relations duties in the service department. 
  2. Perform and process service-related paperwork inclusive of issuance of Purchase Order, Purchase Invoice, Payment Requisition.
  3. Collect customer payment and complete payment processing transactions, maintain billing records and invoices, and handle bookkeeping duties. 
  4. Prepare, compile and submit related reports and documents on timely basis.
  5. Support and work in close collaboration with the service manager. Greet customers, coordinate appointments and services.
  6. Assist with resolving any customer concerns or issues, with the goal of maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  7. Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

 

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in business administration or any equivalent.
  2. Have minimum 1 year(s) working experience or similar role is required for this position, preferably in Automotive industry.
  3. Self-motivated and ability to multi-task and work independently.
  4. Responsible, possess good working attitude, time management skill and can meet deadlines.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  6. Computer literate with Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel.
  7. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
