Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Motorcycle Technician to join our After-Sales team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring workshop efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair works on motorcycles according to manufacturer standards
   
• Diagnose mechanical and technical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
   
• Identify faults and recommend appropriate repair solutions
   
• Test parts and systems to ensure proper functionality after repair
   
• Perform routine servicing such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation, and general mechanical work
   
• Plan and execute repair procedures using technical manuals, charts, and prior experience
   
• Provide clear explanations to customers regarding repair work and technical issues
   
• Ensure vehicles are handled carefully and delivered in good condition
   
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
   
• Support the After-Sales team in achieving service quality and turnaround targets
   

Job Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred)
   
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a motorcycle or automotive technician (fresh graduates with technical training may apply)
   
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle systems, engine components, and mechanical parts
   
• Familiar with diagnostic tools and workshop equipment
   
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical documents
   
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
   
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
   
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
   
• Good communication skills and customer service mindset
