Responsibilities

• Lead initial solution design with customers
• Provide architecture oversight based on solution and targeted customers
• Provide vision around moving solutions to products
• Manage roadmap and progress on the productization and enhancement of digital products
• Ensure alignment with organization and industry standards by our delivery teams
• Work closely with our technical team to develop features in a pragmatic way. This may involve suggesting tweaks, offering potential trade-offs, and breaking down a feature into smaller chunks to be developed and deployed in stages
• Align development of new features with product roadmap, including market release strategy
• Be a face of the Product, engage customers and evangelize

• Strong computer science fundamentals
• Flexibility to work across the technical stack to support productization of advanced technology
• Demonstrative success in problem solving and critical thinking in a fast-paced collaborative environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills; proven ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams
• Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills
  Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science or equivalent
• 3+ years delivering cloud native and/or microservice-based solutions
• 3 years working experience in delivering technology projects
• 2 years developing solution designs
• Experience building and deploying scalable and secure production grade consumer facing solutions
• Proven track record of operating highly-available systems at significant scale
• Track record for becoming a domain expert over time in both technical and business areas

• Open source software development experience
• IoT/IR4.0 product deployment and commercialization experience
• Knowledge of hardware-software coupled solutions
• Experience working with cross functional teams that do not have direct reporting relationship
