Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in taking off quantities and preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Support cost estimation and budgeting for projects
- Assist in preparing and compiling tender documents
- Help in requesting and comparing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Support in price analysis and rate checking
- Maintain tender and project records (files, codes, documents)
- Assist in preparing reports and cost summaries
- Monitor tender submission deadlines

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to travel as needed.
- At least 1 year working experience in related filed
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
- Basic negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering or related field.
