Job Description

Responsibilities:

• To supervise in house team and outsource workforce
• To prepare the project execution duration – scheduling of tasks
• To liaise closely with project manager, client representative to ensure the implementation is within the budget, proper handled and controlled
• To report issues related to project and get advice from Project Manager. 
• To monitor and assess the sub-contractor and supplier performance in terms of work and suppliers
• To ensure all project completed on or before the completion time
• Material management requisition
• To prepare JMS with client, outsource workforce and in-house team
• To attend meeting when required
• To assist in preparation of project completion and handover report (photograph, site plan, as built drawing, etc.) 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Preferable with working experience in underground cabling works
• At least 1 year working experience in construction management.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Good time and project management skills 
• Ability to plan and manage to complete the project within the time frame given
• Competent in conflict and crisis management.
• Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Possess own vehicle.
