Job Description
- Assist in daily accounting tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and receipt records.
- Help to update and maintain accounting databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist in checking and verifying financial documents for accuracy.
- Support the team during month-end closing activities.
- Perform any other accounting-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
