Job Description
- Assist in sourcing materials, products, and services based on company requirements.
- Support in obtaining and comparing supplier quotations.
- Help prepare purchase orders (PO) and ensure accuracy before submission.
- Maintain and update the procurement database, records, and filing system.
- Assist in tracking delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers on order status.
- Support in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining supplier information.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely supply of materials.
- Perform any other procurement or purchasing tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic understanding of procurement/purchasing processes is an advantage.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
