Job Description

• Plan, prepare, coordinate and execute production process for all products. 
• Draw up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet delivery dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders or project schedules.
• Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data and perform necessary calculations to determine production processes, tools/ machineries, and manpower requirements.
• Monitor to ensure material and production costs are kept at the optimal level.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems that may occur during production. 
• Prepare production reports and update the management proactively and timely.
• Ensure safety and health compliance are upkept at Production Floor all the time. 
• Ensure tidiness and cleanliness at Production Floor are upkept all the time.  
• Implement 5S practices/ management at Production Floor
• Effective communications/ liaison with other departments/ individuals (Sales, Design & Engineering, Suppliers, etc.) to ensure smooth productions of goods. 
• Liaise, arrange and monitor sub-contractors on galvanized structure if deemed necessary. 
• Assist Sales Department in the liaison with Customers directly if deemed necessary.
