- Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns
- Help create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Monitor social media channels for trending news, ideas, and memes, then capitalize on those trends through our social media accounts
- Analyze social media metrics, including engagement, conversion, and customer retention rates, to identify areas of improvement
- Assist with social media scheduling and publishing across multiple channels
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new social media opportunities and best practices
- Provide support to our marketing team in various stages of marketing campaigns
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest social media trends and technologies
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and metrics
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Prior experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional) is a plus
