Job Description

•  Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns
• Help create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Monitor social media channels for trending news, ideas, and memes, then capitalize on those trends through our social media accounts
• Analyze social media metrics, including engagement, conversion, and customer retention rates, to identify areas of improvement
• Assist with social media scheduling and publishing across multiple channels
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new social media opportunities and best practices
• Provide support to our marketing team in various stages of marketing campaigns
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest social media trends and technologies

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and metrics
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Prior experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional) is a plus
