terrae is a Kuala Lumpur based sustainable activewear brand built on three pillars: People, Planet, and Product.

We design activewear and accessories made from regenerated and recycled materials, focusing on durability, thoughtful construction, and real-life wearability. Our products are designed to move with you, whether that’s training, travelling, working, or anything in between.

We are a small but fast-growing team. Everything is built in-house: from product, campaigns, social content, events to partnerships. This means you won’t just observe. You’ll be involved.

This internship is ideal for someone who wants real brand exposure, not just coffee runs.

What you’ll do

You’ll work closely with our Social & Marketing Lead and founders to support content creation and visual execution across platforms.

Design

• Create social media graphics (IG posts, stories, simple carousels)
• Assist in campaign visuals and product launch materials
• Design website assets including banners, landing visuals and e-commerce graphics
• Design and format EDM visuals in line with campaign direction
• Support packaging design and printed collateral when required
• Ensure all visuals follow terrae’s brand identity and tone across digital and physical touchpoints
• Plan and execute visual merchandising for pop-ups and events to ensure a cohesive, on-brand presentation

Video & Content

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Assist during content shoots (behind-the-scenes, setup, coordination)
• Help stitch and repurpose existing footage into performance-ready content
• Support basic ad creative formatting for Meta and TikTok
• Assist with content planning, scheduling and campaign rollouts

Marketing & Event Support

• Research trends and competitors within fashion and activewear
• Observe how performance data informs creative and marketing decisions
• Support light copywriting and caption drafting when required
• Assist during pop-ups, brand activations and community events
• Help with booth setup, merchandising and overall visual presentation
• Support basic customer engagement and sales during events
• Capture behind-the-scenes content during launches and activations

Job Requirements

Who we’re looking for

• A creative thinker who loves design, branding and social media
• Someone familiar with Instagram and TikTok trends
• Basic skills in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut)
• Detail-oriented and good teamwork
• Proactive, responsible and open to feedback
• Able to work independently in a small, fast-moving team

Nice-to-haves

• Fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brand experience
• Experience creating content for Meta or TikTok ads
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads or digital marketing fundamentals

Skills
