Job Description

• Training Provided
• Operate Conventional Lathe , Conventional Milling and CNC Milling.
• Set up, operate and maintain all measuring equipment, gages and fixture for making accurate inspection checks.
• Able to perform basic trouble shooting of machines.
• Ability to change over machines and tooling between pre-loaded.
• Maintains specification by observing operations; taking measurement, detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
• Clean and lubricate machines, tools and equipment in order to remove grease, rust, stains and foreign matter.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Perform daily housekeeping.

Job Requirements

• Engineering (Mechanical or equivalent) .
• Minimum of 5 years working experiences in the related field.
• Conventional Milling ,Conventional Lathe , CNC Milling and Technical understanding.
• Continuous Improvement.
