You will have the opportunity to work across the different departments and explore the areas in Supply Chain Operations. As a Intern Customer Service, you will: The intern will support Customer Service team in Secure Order Fulfilment Packaging Material (OFPM) execution - ensuring all customers order are fulfilled with overall highly positive customer experience. You will be involved in the order fulfilment process which includes Order management, design administration, invoicing, claim administration and logistics. You will work with Key Account team in delivering highly positive customer experience. Completing or completed degree in Logistics Supply Chain or Business Administration. Master’s students are welcome to apply. A people person with the ability to build good rapport with customers. Ability to deal with ambiguity. Ability to influence stake holders internally and externally.
