• Assist customers with trip inquiries & registrations
• Support corporate & incentive travel projects
• Travel on-site as part of the advance team to assist during travel projects
• Learn real travel operations from experienced travel experts

Job Requirements

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to learn, loves travel, and isn’t afraid of a little adventure (or overtime when travel projects get exciting!).

You’re the one if you:

• Are in your final year of a degree program (Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
• Have a good command of English and Mandarin — both spoken and written. (Other languages? Even better!) 🌏
• Know your way around a computer — especially Word and Excel.
• Can handle emails like a pro — polite, prompt, and with personality.
• Are passionate about travel, net working, and creating amazing experiences.
• Don’t mind going the extra mile (literally!) when projects are on the move. ✈️
•  Enjoy researching on the internet and social media for related new ideas — because Google is your best friend! 🔍💡
