Job Description

• Possession of at least an SPM or an equivalent qualification in any field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• At least 2 years of relevant indoor sales experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. We are particularly looking for candidates fluent in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and management.
• Passion to grow in the Premium Gifts and Printing industry
• Work location: No. 46, Jalan 4/152, Taman Perindustrian OUG, Batu 6 Jalan Puchong, 58200 KL. (Close to OUG Parklane)
• Able to commence work immediately.

• Prior working experience will be an added advantage. 
• Responsible for the daily indoor sales operation of the designated product in the division.
• Liaising with customers to process orders, handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Assisting the sales team with various tasks such as preparing & following up on leads.
• Follow up production and delivery coordination 
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on company's services and products. Focus in indoor sales.
