Role Purpose

Responsible for the implementation and support of business and financial reporting across multiple departments.

Main Responsibilities

• Identify problems and opportunities within a company and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals.
• Identify improvement to current business processes and develop new processes for new business requirements.
• Measures performance throughout every channel and department.
• Develop standard reporting for key business result like sales performance, stock holding analysis, waste and admin processing.
• Highlight to superiors on opportunity areas for improvement through store ranking reports, week on week improvement/deterioration, departmental trackers etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• To adhere and enforce all Company’s policies and procedures.
• Undertake/participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated and self-starter.
• Able to work extra hours, during PH or odd hours as when needed.
