Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with daily administrative and recruitment activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR administration. 

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements and screening resumes. 
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates. 
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation processes. 
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. 
  • Assist in preparing HR documents, letters, and reports. 
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events. 
  • Help track attendance, leave records, and other HR metrics. 
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and labor market trends. 
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.


Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally. 
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn. 
  • Previous internship or leadership experience is an advantage but not required.
