Job Description

Role Purpose

Responsible for all executions of promotions and activities, reconciliation and documentation for the brands assigned. With keen eye for details and accuracy of information. 

Main Responsibilities

Promotion

  • Rearrange promotion lines for leaflet/mailer/catalogue/posters according to theme to designer with all information required. 
  • Ensure all pricing and products information is correct and signed off by PIC before adaptation to other comms material and advertise to public.
  • Promotion idea and details (title, content, T&C, others).
  • Promotion POSM design and printing timeline.
  • POSM design idea and explanation to designer.
  • POSM design amendments & completion with designer.
  • Printing and/or installation quotation request & check.
  • POSM printing delivery schedule arrangement.
  • Issue campaign instructions and updates to stores.
  • Create promotion button(s) in POS system.
  • Compile and summaries promotion report/redemption.

Event/Campaign Fairs

  • Discuss internally the event theme, content, T&C and others.
  • Discuss with event organiser what event activity they have, date, time, manpower and others.
  • Prepare POSM visuals.
  • Arrange with event organiser before and during the event day.
  • Compile and summaries event activity redemption or promotion report if any.
  • On event day, check and ensure all setup preparation is completed and ensure smooth flow of event.

Supplier/Partner/Collaborative comms:

  • Promotion content, T&C and visuals share to partner.
  • Posting content check.
  • Posting schedule check.

Website

  • Update new promotion, event, announcement, information, others.

Mall marketing team communication

  • Marketing information sharing, updating.
  • Mall advertisement space request.
  • Mall event collaboration arrangement.

POS promotion arrangement:

  • Create promotion button in POS system.
  • Explain to stores how to key-in the promotion button.

Marketing promotion/redemption report

  • Undertake/participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.  

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field preferably in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent. 
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Skills required: Communication Skills, Planning & Organization and Analytical Skills.
  • Experience in retail promotions, managing partnership, customers engagement event, visual merchandising, social media content and POSM.
  • Able to work independently, a team player, responsible and high integrity.
  • Candidate must possess own transport with valid driving license.
  • Computer literate in MS Office.
  • Able to work extra hours, during PH or odd hours as when needed. Able to travel when required.
