Job Description

  • Manage and process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness 
  • Handle HR-related matters, including liaising with government agencies such as Immigration Department of Malaysia, Department of Labor of Peninsular Malaysia(JTK), and other relevant authorities 
  • Coordinate statutory contributions and ensure compliance with regulations, including Employees Provident Fund Malaysia, Social Security Organization Malaysia, and Employment Insurance System Malaysia 
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date 
  • Support daily administrative operations and office management 
  • Perform basic accounting and administrative tasks, including data entry into SQL Accounting system 
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and maintain customer records 
  • Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices in accordance with company payment terms 
  • Record office expenses and ensure timely processing of payments 
  • Monitor company cash flow (cash in/out) and maintain proper financial records 
  • Manage petty cash and ensure accurate tracking 

Job Requirements

  • Familiar with SQL Accounting system and its functions 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact well with employees and customers 
  • Responsible, disciplined, and punctual 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Minimum required Diploma and Higher
