Job Description

  • Provide customer service and handle general enquiries 
  • Manage documentation, paperwork, and marketing-related administrative tasks 
  • Participate in events, roadshows, and promotional activities to increase app awareness 
  • Meet clients, conduct presentations, and promote the company’s application 
  • Assist users with app downloads and provide guidance when needed 
  • Perform cold calling and email outreach to potential clients 
  • Represent the company professionally during appointments and meetings 
  • Understand and meet customer requirements effectively 
  • Develop new customer base and generate leads from targeted markets 
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma or higher 
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of working experience will have an added advantage 
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) 
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and other languages 
  • Confident, self-motivated, and proactive with a positive working attitude 
  • Able to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver results 
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills 
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment 
  • Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel within Klang Valley /Outstation
