Job Description
- Deliver customer support and address general inquiries

Job Requirements
- Minimum requirement: Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of experience will have an advantage
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and other languages
- Confident, self-driven, and proactive with a positive attitude towards work
- Capable of multitasking, thriving under pressure, and achieving results
- Innovative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team
- Must have personal transportation and be open to travel within the Klang Valley or outstation
