Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including air, sea, and land freight.
• Handle shipment documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, invoices, packing lists, customs declarations).
• Monitor shipment schedules, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve delays or issues with carriers.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, customs agents, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Track and update shipment status to clients and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and Incoterms.
• Support the sales team and agents with freight quotations and operations-related information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations with other business functions
• Continuously improve operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Knowledge of international shipping procedures and customs requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently. 
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics software is a plus.
