As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be the face of TGV Cinemas, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless movie-going experience. You’ll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote a positive brand image through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the cinema with warmth and professionalism
• Handle ticketing, membership, and promotional queries
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements
• Support cinema operations during peak hours and special events
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
• Promote TGV’s loyalty programs and upcoming movie releases
