Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Manager Assistant to join our team. 

This role offers hands-on exposure to construction site operations, project coordination, and quality control processes. 

You will work closely with the Site Manager and gain valuable experience in managing day-to-day site activities, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and scheduling daily site activities.
   
• Monitor site progress and report updates to the Site Manager.
   
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
   
• Maintain proper documentation and records (e.g., daily site reports, weekly reports).
   
• Support the implementation of site safety policies and procedures.
   
• Attend site meetings and take minutes when required.
   
• Assist in resolving site-related issues promptly.
   
• Monitor workmanship and assist in ensuring quality control on site.
   
• Supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and timelines.
   
• Participate in site inspections and audits.
   
• Liaise with consultants, engineers, and clients when needed.
   
• Provide input on material and equipment usage and procurement.
   
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards at all times.
   

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
   
• Strong interest in construction site operations and project management.
   
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
   
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities.
   
• Willing to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
   
• Basic understanding of construction processes will be an added advantage.
   
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
