Job Summary

A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction or project site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to plans, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and workers 
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedule 
• Monitor site progress and report updates to project manager 
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment 
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and engineers 
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards 
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts 
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation 

Job Requirements

 Requirements / Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field 
• Experience in construction/site supervision (fresh grads may apply for junior roles) 
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and processes 
• Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA or equivalent) 
• Ability to work on-site and handle physical environment
