Job Description

• Collect the client’s payroll approval forms and check that all the requirements are correct and have been verified by the Payroll Executive.
• Save the verified documents to ensure we comply with auditor requirements.
• Indicate when banking is ready for the clients we bank through CBA on their behalf.
• Ensure all clients due for banking are processed by end of business day or the team have provided instructions for a change in banking circumstance.
• Complete an end of day reconciliation.
• Answer the department telephone and assist clients where possible.  Ensure clients are advised who is their Payroll Executive looking after them when they call.  
• Allocate the emails received in the email queue and Sales Force to the payroll executive looking after the account.
• Work with the Hub Leaders to change Payroll Executive allocated tasks in Sales Force when administrators are on leave.
• Work with Payroll Executives to complete the new employee onboarding process and permanent changes to the employee’s payroll record on request.  This work will be allocated.
• Assist other team members with producing reports for clients on request.
• Eloquent in English both verbal and written.


Job Requirements

• Business related tertiary qualifications desirable but not essential
• Coordinate well with Customer Success/ Renewals/Sales Team & Finance Team 
• Advantageous - Order processing experience at least 2 years 
• Ability to investigate invoices and contracts, handle processing.  
• Excellent Excel skills 
• Able to work overtime during month end closing and peak period 
• Reliable and attention to details 
• Able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously to effectively meet required deadlines. 
• Able to work in a fast-paced to the environment and handle customers. 
• Self-motivated & independent, customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, and good team player
• Prior order processing experience in IT or technology industry 
• Able to organize, prioritize and meet work commitments under deadline pressure.
