Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Line, etc).
  • Manage paid social campaigns to drive qualified leads and optimize CPL and ROI.
  • Plan and oversee engaging content creation in line with brand tone and campaign goals.
  • Lead social media initiatives, collaborations, and influencer partnerships to expand reach.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and deliver monthly performance reports.
  • Align with creative, content, and performance teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Stay ahead of social trends and platform updates relevant to the Thai market.
  • Manage social media budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Guide and mentor the social media team to elevate creative and strategic output.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • 3–6 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a management role.
  • Proven success in lead generation and paid social campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Line ecosystems.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and optimization.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Experience in fintech, trading, web3.0 or international brand marketing is an advantage.
