Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Line, etc).
- Manage paid social campaigns to drive qualified leads and optimize CPL and ROI.
- Plan and oversee engaging content creation in line with brand tone and campaign goals.
- Lead social media initiatives, collaborations, and influencer partnerships to expand reach.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and deliver monthly performance reports.
- Align with creative, content, and performance teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Stay ahead of social trends and platform updates relevant to the Thai market.
- Manage social media budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Guide and mentor the social media team to elevate creative and strategic output.
Job Requirements
- This position is based in Thailand. Local candidates are preferred.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- 3–6 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a management role.
- Proven success in lead generation and paid social campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Line ecosystems.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and optimization.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Experience in fintech, trading, web3.0 or international brand marketing is an advantage.
