Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support our global members who hold Global
Employer Health (GEH) insurance by handling enquiries related to benefits, claims, and policy
information.
This role is ideal for individuals who are early in their customer service career but eager to learn,
grow, and build expertise in a fast-paced international environment. You will work closely with senior
team members and the Team Manager to handle customer interactions, follow established
processes, and deliver a consistent, high-quality service experience.

Key responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for member enquiries through email and telephone.
• Provide accurate information regarding health insurance benefits, policy coverage, and claim
requirements.

• Ensure all interactions are handled professionally, empathetically, and within required
turnaround times.
• Escalate complex or unclear cases to senior team members for guidance.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all customer interactions and follow-up actions.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and internal teams to support effective case resolution.
• Adhere to all internal procedures, compliance requirements, and policy terms.
• Participate in training, coaching sessions, and ongoing learning to build product knowledge
and service skills.
• Contribute positively to team goals, performance targets, and customer satisfaction
initiatives.


Minimum requirements
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Basic customer service experience is a MUST
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to show empathy and professionalism.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in following processes and documenting information.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to shared goals.
• Good problem-solving approach and readiness to seek help when needed.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments and manage multiple enquiries with supervision.
