Job Description

  

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to provide administrative support across our Sales, Finance, and Operations departments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth documentation, reporting, and coordination to support daily business activities.

  

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documents.
  • Coordinate with sales teams for order processing and follow-ups.
  • Generate and track sales reports and performance data.

Finance Support

  • Handle basic documentation related to invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely submission of documents to the finance team.
  • Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping for finance-related paperwork.

Operations Support

  • Provide administrative assistance to operations teams in scheduling, logistics, and inventory documentation.
  • Support in preparing reports, data entry, and monitoring operational workflows.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

   


Job Requirements

  

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting Sales, Finance, or Operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with business software/ERP systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
