Job Description

ROLE OBJECTIVES:

Engage in diverse projects and media, utilizing various software to create and develop innovative graphic designs that align with business objectives. Gather feedback from management to ensure designs align with company standards and branding, accurately convey ideas, and reflect the company’s image. Work autonomously as well as collaboratively with the marketing team to adhere to deadlines and organize project timelines based on the workload, which may involve handling five or more projects simultaneously. Analyze existing workflows, pinpoint shortcomings, and devise solutions to enhance design capabilities. Regularly update and manage internal repositories for designs, photography, and video content.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage in collaboration, brainstorming, and strategic planning with various teams on a diverse array of materials including digital and print assets, on-ground event materials, social media content, video productions, internal communications, and marketing collateral.
• Convert strategic directives into high-caliber designs that adhere to the established brand identity.
• Generate concepts and produce original content by discerning the optimal application of color, text, typography, imagery, and layout.
• Leverage trend insights and an understanding of both historical and contemporary markets to inform design and execution for particular categories.
  
  

Job Requirements

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Outstanding creativity and innovative design abilities.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively within a team environment.
• A minimum of one year of experience (in both academic and professional settings) with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development through education and training.
• Understanding of layouts, graphic design principles, typography, print, app, and web design.
• Experience with both print and digital platforms.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of one year of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a creative or marketing agency.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or a related field.
