- Content & Social Media (Focus: Organic & Lifestyle)
- XHS (Xiaohongshu) Management: Plan, script, and create lifestyle content specifically for the Chinese-speaking parenting community.
- Content Calendar: Plan and schedule daily/weekly posts across social media channels, moving towards content-centric/lifestyle themes rather than just expo promotions.
- Senior Support (Assisting Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager)
- Briefing & Admin: Assist in drafting initial creative briefs, managing marketing documentation, and handling basic paperwork to lighten the seniors' burden.
- Partnerships & Sponsorships
- Brand Hunting: Research, pitch, and secure new brand partnerships, event sponsors, and cross-collaborations.
- Market Research: Monitor competitor social media trends and new brand movements in the baby industry.
Job Requirements
- Student in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Native/Fluent in Mandarin and English (essential for XHS management).
