Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of expo events from start to finish.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Support the pre-event preparation, including logistics planning, warehouse management, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and manage event-day operations including setup, on-site support, troubleshooting, and teardown.
• Assist in tracking budgets, invoices, and procurement of event-related materials.
• Work with the marketing and sales teams to support exhibitor and sponsor requirements.
• Compile post-event reports, including feedback collection, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in event operations or a similar support role (fresh graduates welcome to apply).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings during event periods.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
