Job Description

- Support senior executives and manager in routine tasks: social media posting, assisting with content scheduling, data entry (registrations, leads), simple graphic editing or content repurposing.

- Monitor and reply to basic customer / audience inquiries (e.g. via social media, email), log them properly.

- Assist with on-ground activities during events (e.g. check-in support, registration table, handing out flyers / brochures, assisting guest flow, capturing leads).

- Provide general administrative support: updating databases, filing, record-keeping, basic reporting.

Job Requirements

• Mandarin speaker and writer
• Knowledge on social media management (Facebook, IG, Instagram, Rednote)
• Knowledge on managing KOC KOL collaboration
• Able to work during weekend if there is exhibition on going (Replacement Leave will be given)
• Able to commit to complete the task within deadline
• Able to work as a team to ensure all tasks are completed within deadline
• Willing to keep learning to keep skills and knowledge up to date
