Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for selling booth space, sponsorship packages, and advertising opportunities to businesses in the maternity, baby, and parenting industries. You will play a key role in building long-term relationships with clients and contributing to the overall success of our Baby Fair events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and high client satisfaction.
• Pitch and sell exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and marketing opportunities tailored to client needs.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and event execution for clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
• Attend competitor events, trade shows, or industry networking sessions to identify leads and stay informed about market trends.
• Provide feedback on customer trends, competitor activity, and product opportunities to management.

Job Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in events, exhibitions, media, or B2B environments.
• 1-2 years of relevant sales experience. Fresh Gaduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of the baby, maternity, or parenting industry is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
