Our objective as a registered kindergarten under the Ministry of Education of Malaysia, is to provide the children an experience to prepare them for their role in family and the community.&nbsp;

We believe that the essence of a kindergarten is to develop these early skills in your child. We understand that whilst many parents do measure the effectiveness of a kindergarten by how fast their children may learn the 3 R' (Reading Writing and Arithmetic) , there is more than just rote learning during these years. We believe the children have the right to a more complete experience that will help them develop physically, mentally and socially.&nbsp;

Teachers at The Core are expected to:

<li>To provide planned teaching to students, monitor performances in each class and provide corrective and descriptive feedback throughout the learning process</li>
<li>To demonstrate knowledge and understanding of individual students</li>
<li>To mark and assess student’s work</li>
<li>To assess the student's achievement level&nbsp;</li>
<li>To keep track of students learning progress and help them to improve</li>
<li>To vary teaching techniques and resources/materials to suit learning styles, motivation levels, needs and capabilities of the students</li>
<li>To test an evaluate student's abilities, records grades, check and register attendance and etc</li>
<li>To demonstrate skill in the subject and taught</li>
<li>Capable to teach from the range of Pre-school to Primary school</li>
<li>To perform adhoc task from time to time</li>
<li>To plan and prepare study programmes, schemes of work and lesson plans as required for the subjects</li>
<li>To establish and maintain effective teaching and learning methods</li>
<li>To conduct assigned classes at the scheduled timetable</li>
<li>Work as a team to create an environment where children are hunger for knowledge</li>
<li>Ensure safety of children at all times.</li>
