Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in monitoring and tracking the performance of all operational departments, coordinating reports, providing administrative support to the executive team, and overseeing event planning and management tasks. This hybrid role will allow you to gain hands-on experience in business administration while also functioning as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor work performance across all operational departments.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze department performance reports.
  • Assist in the coordination and follow-up of department KPIs and deliverables.
  • Schedule and manage meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Organize and maintain documentation, files, and records.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Liaise with department heads to ensure projects and tasks are on track.
  • Manage calendar appointments, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
  • Plan, organize, and manage internal and external company events.
  • Collaborate with vendors, venues, and other event-related contacts.
  • Assist in creating event proposals, budgets, and post-event reports.
  • Provide assistance in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for event planning and coordination.
