Job Description

1. Work alongside with the internal team to build, QA and deploy Email, Mobile Push (WhatsApp, SMS) and direct mail campaigns.
2.  Manage and monitor email and messages deliverability.
3. Work in multiple marketing CRM and communication tools platform to:

• Schedule and deploy ad-hoc emails to segmented lists with necessary suppressions in place
• Build out customer journeys and automations using Journey Builder based on the strategy from cross departments
• Monitor email deliverability
• Set up push messages and schedule for deployment
• Use content builder and HTML to create emails

Job Requirements

1. Able to learn new software quickly and efficiently.
2. Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-function team.
3. Able to turn strategies and plans into action.
4. Strong problem-solving attitude with meticulous attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable working in Excel.
6. Hands-on experience deploying emails is a plus.
7. Familiar in Marketing and communication tools (Mailchimp, Manychat, Sleekflow, MessageBird or equivalent) is a plus
