As an AI & Automation Trainee, you’ll help us integrate large language models (LLMs) into business systems, streamline operations through intelligent automation, and test the boundaries of what’s possible with AI tools.

This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to get involved in high-impact projects involving ChatGPT, OpenAI API, vector databases, and more.

What You’ll Work On

• Develop and fine-tune AI assistants to support internal workflows and decision-making
• Automate repetitive tasks across customer support, operations, and sales teams using LLMs and custom logic
• Design and deploy AI integrations with tools and APIs (e.g., LangChain, Pinecone, or similar)
• Enhance the reliability and accuracy of AI responses through prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
• Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for AI use and assist with deployment testing

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field
• Enthusiastic about LLMs and AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.)
• Curious, self-driven, and not afraid to experiment or break things to learn
• Comfortable with basic programming (Python preferred); experience with APIs or automation tools is a plus
• Bonus points if you’ve explored LangChain, vector stores, or similar AI toolkits
