Job Description
- Receive & review new/re-submission of customers’ participation details received from different channels
- Process submission with the stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Accurate data entry.
- Consistent follow up with the customer on their participation details.
- Handle queries from customers / clients from different channels and able to provide clear & effective solutions.
- Highlight / recommend any suspicious customer’s participation details to the supervisor.
- Provide recommendations for improvements wherever applicable.
- Coordinating with IT department in resolving issues in system.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned as & when is required.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, Diploma Holder or above.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Required skills (s): Ms Excel & Ms PowerPoint
- Good team player and able to communicate at levels.
- Able to multitask & work with minimum supervision.
- Meticulous with an eye to detail & accurate data entry with good organizational skills.
- Able to converse in the 3 main languages with effective communication skills that are commonly used in Malaysia.
- Work from Monday to Friday.
- OT would be given when necessary.
