TDG is a leading Martech and Loyalty Solutions company that helps brands engage customers through rewards programmes, events, activations and customer engagement campaigns.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Field Operations & Promoter Management Intern to support promoter deployment, campaign manpower coordination and activation operations across various campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in promoter recruitment, onboarding and deployment activities.
• Support promoter scheduling, attendance tracking and manpower coordination for campaigns and events.
• Assist in conducting promoter briefings and communicating campaign requirements.
• Monitor promoter attendance, deployment status and campaign execution progress.
• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors and promoters to support daily operational requirements.
• Support activation site coordination and event execution activities.
• Prepare attendance records, deployment schedules and operational reports.
• Maintain promoter databases, campaign documentation and administrative records.
• Support daily operational and administrative tasks assigned by the team.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree students in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Event Management or related fields.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and administrative systems.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
