Job Description

• Develop and implement in-store trade activation (Event & POSM) and digital
• Collaborate with the client to develop and execute trade marketing strategies.
• Assist in the creation of promotional materials and point-of-sale displays to support sales efforts.
• Coordinate trade shows and events, including logistics, booth setup, and promotional activities.
• Support the implementation of marketing campaigns targeted at retailers and all chains.
• Oversee and supervise the planning and execution of campaigns within budgeted cost and quality according to client's requirements and KPI.
• Coordinate and negotiate with clients, in-house team, vendors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Track and analyze the performance of trade marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration / Management or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Structure thinking and planning skills.
• Able to converse in the 3 main languages with effective communication skills that are commonly used in Malaysia.
• Outgoing personality and able to work on Saturday.
• Self-motivated & proactive; able to work independently & at the same time a team player.
• Competent in MS Office.
