Job Description

1. Work with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements. 
2. Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets.
3. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective event execution.
4. Oversee event setup, execution, and dismantling, addressing any issues that arise.
5. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and meeting their needs.
6. Track event expenses and manage the budget for financial efficiency.
7. Collect feedback, analyze event success, and provide post-event reports.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Event Management or equivalent.
2. Willingness to work as required by event schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
3. Capability to perform tasks that may require physical exertion, such as event setup and breakdown.
4. Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
