Job Description

1. Develop and implement in-store trade activation and digital activation campaigns that align with the client's goals.
2. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure the implementation of effective campaigns.
3. Coordinate and negotiate with clients, in-house team, vendors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.
4. Oversee and supervise the planning and execution of campaigns within budgeted cost and quality.
5. Determine and manage project budgets and plans according to client's requirements and company objectives.
6. Address and resolve any issues or challenges arise in a timely manner.
7. Conduct post-mortem analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of each campaign. 

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Event Management or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in event management industry.
3. With working experience in FMCG industry is a plus.
4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
5. Structure thinking and planning skills.
6. Able to converse in the 3 main languages with effective communication skills that are commonly used in Malaysia.
7. Outgoing personality.
