Job Description
Are you passionate about people, learning HR operations, and building a strong foundation in talent management? We're looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our growing team!
What You’ll Be Involved In:
- Recruitment & candidate screening
- Arranging interviews & supporting onboarding
- Updating HR records, databases & documentation
- Assisting with payroll coordination, KPI & attendance tracking
- Supporting employee engagement activities & prepare HR communications & announcements
- Involvement in HR projects related to policy, compliance & admin tasks
- Supporting in incident compilation, review & reporting aligned with ISO, PDPA and internal policies
- Assist in incident findings, follow-up actions & preventive tracking
Job Requirements
- Pursuing minimum Diploma in HR / Business Admin / Psychology / Management or any related field
- Punctual and able to work independently
- Good communication & organisation skills
- Detail-oriented & confidential
- Proactive, responsible & willing to learn
- Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
- Internship start from September / October / November
- Able to commit 3-6 months
